Terms of Service

The following terms have the meanings set out below:

1. 1.1.Website — the totality of all information (textual and graphical) and software services located on the internet at www.calculator-library.online, belonging to the Operator.
2. 1.2.Website Administration — employees of the Operator authorised to modify the information and services of the Website.
3. 1.3.User — any person who accesses the Website and uses its services.
4. 1.4.Parties — the Operator and the User who have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
5. 1.5.Calculator — an interactive software tool hosted on the Website that performs computations in the User's browser without transmitting data to a server.
6. 1.6.IP address — the User's technical address on the internet.
7. 1.7.Cookies — small text files stored on the User's device by the browser to support Website functionality and analytics.

1. 2.1.This User Agreement (hereinafter — the Agreement) applies to the Operator's Website located at www.calculator-library.online.
2. 2.2.This Agreement governs the relationship between the Operator and the User.
3. 2.3.The Operator reserves the right to modify, add, or remove provisions of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User.
4. 2.4.Continued use of the Website by the User constitutes acceptance of the Agreement and any amendments made to it.
5. 2.5.The User is personally responsible for reviewing this Agreement for any changes.
6. 2.6.The Agreement enters into force upon the User expressing consent to its terms. By browsing the Website, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions.

1. 3.1.The subject of this Agreement is the provision of free access to online calculators and informational materials posted on the Website.
2. 3.2.The Website provides the User with the following services: free access to informational materials (textual and graphical) for viewing; access to online calculators across various categories; the ability to share a calculator or calculation result via a link.
3. 3.3.All existing services of the Website, as well as any subsequent modifications and new services, are covered by this Agreement.
4. 3.4.Access to the Website is provided free of charge.
5. 3.5.This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accessing the Website, the User agrees to its terms and is deemed to have joined this Agreement.
6. 3.6.Use of the Website's materials and services is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Belarus.

1. 4.1.The Operator may modify the rules of use and the content of the Website. Changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Website.
2. 4.2.The User may: obtain free access to the Website's calculators and informational materials; share calculators and calculation results via links for personal, non-commercial purposes; use the Website solely for the purposes and in the manner provided by the Agreement and not prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.
3. 4.3.The User agrees to: respect the proprietary and non-proprietary rights of authors and other rights holders when using the Website; refrain from actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Website.
4. 4.4.The User must not: impair the proper functioning of the Website; circumvent the Website's navigation structure to obtain information by means not provided by the Website's services; gain unauthorised access to Website functions or related systems and networks; use automated tools (bots, scripts, etc.) to scrape data from the Website without the Operator's written permission; compromise the Website's security.

1. 5.1.All calculations are performed exclusively in the User's browser. Input data is not transmitted to or stored by the Operator's servers.
2. 5.2.To enhance usability, the Website stores calculator field states and user preferences (e.g. theme) in the browser's local storage (localStorage). This data is stored solely on the User's device, is not transmitted to the Operator, and can be cleared by the User at any time via the browser.
3. 5.3.The User may share a calculator or calculation result via a link. The User is solely responsible for controlling the distribution of such links.
4. 5.4.Calculation results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial, medical, legal, or construction advice. The User is advised to consult a specialist before making important decisions.
5. 5.5.The Website and all its materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. The Website may not be copied, reproduced, transmitted, or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the Operator.
6. 5.6.No registration is required to use the Website's services.
7. 5.7.This Agreement extends to all additional terms and conditions for the services provided on the Website.
8. 5.8.The Website Administration may at any time, without notice to the User, make changes to the list of services offered on the Website.
9. 5.9.The Privacy Policy document applies simultaneously with this Agreement, and its provisions must be strictly observed by the User.

1. 6.1.The Operator does not collect or store personal data of Users. No registration is provided on the Website.
2. 6.2.The Operator uses the Yandex Metrica service to collect anonymised usage statistics (traffic, user behaviour, device parameters). This analytics data does not personally identify the User.
3. 6.3.On the User's first visit, a cookie consent banner is displayed. The User may accept or decline analytics cookies. Functional cookies required for the Website to operate are used regardless of the User's choice.
4. 6.4.The User's IP address may be recorded in the web server's technical logs (logs) solely for the purpose of ensuring the security and operability of the Website.

1. 7.1.Any losses incurred by the User as a result of an intentional or negligent breach of any provision of this Agreement will not be compensated by the Operator.
2. 7.2.The Operator is not liable for delays or disruptions to the Website caused by force majeure or failures in telecommunications, computer, or other related systems.
3. 7.3.The Operator is not liable for improper functioning of the Website if the User does not have the necessary technical means to use it.
4. 7.4.The Operator is not liable for decisions made by the User based on calculation results obtained through the Website's services.
5. 7.5.The Operator is not liable for the accuracy of calculation results in the event that the User inputs incorrect source data.

1. 8.1.The Operator may disclose any collected technical information about the User if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation into the unauthorised use of the Website.
2. 8.2.The Operator has the right to disclose information about the User if required or permitted by the applicable laws of the Republic of Belarus.
3. 8.3.The Operator may, without prior notice, restrict access to the Website for the User's IP address if the User has breached this Agreement, or in the event of a technical failure or discontinuation of the Website.
4. 8.4.The Operator bears no liability to the User or third parties for terminating access to the Website in the event of any breach of this Agreement by the User.

1. 9.1.In the event of any disagreements or disputes between the Parties, a mandatory precondition for going to court is the submission of a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute).
2. 9.2.The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant in writing of the outcome of the review within 30 calendar days of receiving the claim.
3. 9.3.If the dispute cannot be resolved voluntarily, either Party may seek legal protection in court in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Belarus.
4. 9.4.This Agreement and the relationship between the User and the Operator are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Belarus.
